After completing your request on the website, you will receive an email with the details of your order (“Reservation Email”) from MV Agusta Australia. This email will include details on how to contact MV Agusta Australia if you have any questions. The Dealership will then contact you either by phone, email, SMS, post mail or all four methods to confirm your order, including the availability of the Vehicle, and supply the necessary documents to complete the sale along with additional information regarding the status of your order, and the preparation and delivery timing to pick up the Vehicle at the selected Dealership. The Dealership may request an additional deposit as part of their sales process.
The Deposit is automatically transferred to the Dealership once they have confirmed the sale with you or after 7 days, whichever comes first. Up until that point, you can request a refund of your Deposit directly with MV Agusta Australia using the contact details supplied in the Reservation Email. Payment for your order will be due in full (excluding the deposit) at the Dealership before the Vehicle is registered in your nominated registration name.
